"The lazy river, the bar, and the live entertainment in the courtyard were amazing. The location is great too. However, the rooms are pretty run down and need of a makeover."

"Me and my wife booked through Expedia looking for an affordable hotel just to sleep for the night and wake up to go to the beach in the A.M. We ended up arriving at around 12am and had a message from the owner with information about the property and the code to the lockbox with the key. Gaining access to the room was easy and convenient. The drive up to the property was worrisome as it is was very dark driving into the area at night and dim lighting once we arrived at the building. I think this location could use more or brighter lights in consideration of the guests visibility and safety. The smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming however the room was clean and everything in the room worked. In the morning we were able to see more of the facility and it’s actually pretty nice. The beach was nice and easily accessible from the property. What I’m assuming was an upper and lower deck patio area was under construction when while we were there so I don’t have a review about that area but it looks like it will be a functional place to relax when it’s complete. Overall, I would say this property is good. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in the area and visit the beach, it’s convenient and gets the job done."

"King room with balcony with ocean view. The pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was okay. Pleasant check in . Young man with glasses and a blue and white shirt ,I didn't get his name but he was helpful and accommodating! Overall it was exactly what I needed to relax."

"The entire staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our lunch in the restaurant and had one of those old school waitresses that just knows what you want or need before you do. Our 'Ocean View' room technically had a view but only if you stood at the balcony railing and craned your neck to the right. It was, however, spotless and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there the night before boarding a cruise at Port Canaveral and I would stay there again if we ever did another cruise from there."

"It is easy to access.a simple hotel to cruise out of.a couple restaurants close by if flying in.daytime staff was very rude also they have a shuttle to cruise port at a cost i think it was 30.00 we took a uber around and went to coconuts on the beach.nice restaurants and beach access"
