We loved this place and would highly recommend this property to any one wanting to stay in cocoa beach. Location is close to everything cocoa beach has to offer. Well furnished, extremely clean, and looked just like the pictures.

The property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the bedrooms were super roomy, The beach was very nice, we loved that it was a very short walk to the beach. The property offered everything you would need in the kitchen if you desired to cook meals. The property manager Nikki provided great customer. Would book again!

Great location on the beach! The condo was beautiful and roomy. Lots of kitchen amenities! There were plenty of beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels etc. The pool is big and refreshing! A handful of restaurants and ice cream close by. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t change anything!

Quaint condo, plenty of space for two adults and two kids. In great shape. Very short walk to a fun pier restaurant/bar on the ocean to dine at. 30-60 second walk to the beach. Lovely and quick communication before and during the stay. Definitely would choose this again.

Pre-trip and on-trip communication was excellent. The location was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The convenience to the beach was great. The condo was roomy, I was able to cook for the family, it was peaceful and quiet. Overall a 5-star stay. We will definitely be returning!
