"This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The room smelled, the property was loud well past midnight, and the room was dirty. I saw so many excellent reviews for this property and had high hopes for this but was very disappointing."

"It smells of mold or mildew. It’s Florida, near the beach, so there will be a bit of mold no matter which hotel you stay in, so I’m mentioning it in case someone is sensitive to mold. But you really can’t avoid it this close to the beach. The tub was pretty gross. I don’t doubt the rooms are cleaned, it’s just old and stepped on by a bunch of people with dirty feet, I guess. The non slip pad in the middle of the tub looked grubby. Somehow, my bf and I both had small red blisters on our feet the next day, and for a week or so. No idea why happened there but I suspected the shower. They didn’t look like bedbug bites. They were blisters with white on top but were not painful or itchy. They were gone in two weeks. The bed was comfortable and the room looked clean, though the remote was super dirty. The room was facing the pool and the view was nice. Breakfast was decent, complete with waffles and some other hot foods like scrambled eggs and biscuits/gravy. I appreciated the availability of hot chocolate mix to make a mocha with, and some small Nutella single serve packets for waffles or whatever. Not many indoor tables, and it was extremely hot and crowded in that small room. Outdoor might have been a better option for us. Other people were eating outside. It was cheap and close to Port Canaveral/cruise ship, very close. There was some good, some bad, but this is what you get in this budget."

"Sketchy! Only plus is proximity to rocket launch viewing on Cocoa Beach two blocks away and waffle House across the street. Beds were clean and comfortable but floor felt like you didn't want to take your shoes off and shower filled to ankles. Neighbor was a permanent resident who stayed up all night to play the ukulele. Check in staff friendly. What do you expect for $150 all in, Saturday night in April and last room left in town, we wanted to see the rocket launch last minute. It's a... Room? "

"Good value and great location near beach. The only negative was the room smelt very musty. Breakfast was adequate though limited. "

"King room with balcony with ocean view. The pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was okay. Pleasant check in . Young man with glasses and a blue and white shirt ,I didn't get his name but he was helpful and accommodating! Overall it was exactly what I needed to relax."

"It is easy to access.a simple hotel to cruise out of.a couple restaurants close by if flying in.daytime staff was very rude also they have a shuttle to cruise port at a cost i think it was 30.00 we took a uber around and went to coconuts on the beach.nice restaurants and beach access"
