Hotel berdekatan Coco Cabana

"sincerely appreciated the hotel helping us have connecting rooms to better take care of my child. i do feel some improvements needed - rainy day absolutely no hot water, hot tap had absolutely no water coming out of it. pool/jacuzzi has a smell that lingered after. couldn't order food at pool was asked to go to lobby to order, was asked to self return pool towels if brought to room to pool side though attendant wasn't always there, at breakfast walked into restaurant with no assistance to self find table, half the food was not available and waiting some no restocking. could be better for pullman. hope it improves! "
