The facility is on a very nice location. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It is clean and the room is okay. Unfortunately some staffmembers are rude and grumpy. I really miss the feeling of being welcome. Maybe it has something to do with the season but then you need to be professional.

Basic room, good food, good and friendly service

We stayed in a standard room which was very basic, but there was everything we needed and it was clean. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was good and the service very friendly. At check inn we were meet at a very friendly host (think it was the owner) and she to took good care of us during our stay. Will stay here again next time we visit Cochem

The rooms are charming and clean…know a few things before you book…they do not speak English (only a problem if you do not speak German)..The dinner in the restaurant is by reservation only..the staff are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay…could add fans for those warm evenings

The shower small and kept overflowing . Toiletvisit was : wet feet. Television did not work. Shampoo in a sachet that could not be opened. Lots of fungus in bathroom and no ventilation

Bra gångavstånd till Moselstranden. Gata med mycket trafik utanför hotellet som kan upplevas störande. Restaurang, men ej öppen alla dagar i veckan.
