"The property was clean and had toaster, microwave and fridge. The electric jug had to filled with a separate small jug, left for this purpose, as it wouldnโt fit under the tap in the bathroom. Not the first time we had found that. The bed was comfortable. The air con worked with only a few noises. My iPad is only WiFi and we hadnโt been able to check for messages before arriving so didnโt know our room number, rang the contact number on the office door and were given the info we needed by a very helpful lady. It took a few trys to open the door as we had been pulling the handle down rather than lifting up after entering the code. We would be happy to book The Tree Motel again."

"There was scaffolding around part of the property which was not communicated beforehand. Luckily, it did not hinder the great view of the sea and Montague Island from the room. This will not stop us staying again."

"Remember it's 3 star budget accommodation and you'll have realistic expectations and a comfortable stay. This was my third visit. I do find the mattress too firm for me, but my husband said it was fine. This time I felt a bit of maintenance was needed: the hair dryer died, the exhaust fan sounded on it's way out and the shower head might be next. However, I do like the ladies who run it, they're very helpful - brought a replacement hairdryer very quickly! It's always clean, got the usual tea/coffee bikkies with toaster, jug and microwave. Milk in the fridge. Shower things in pump packs on the wall. Very clean. And they do make improvements I've noticed each visit, so I'm confident things will be fixed by my next visit. Still happy to recommend them and stay again."

"A very nice place to stay in Bermagui. Reasonable price and very well maintained and equipped. quite easy to find and close to the shopping and commercial areas. Situated in a very nice part of the world. Had agreat stay there. Very nice staff and easy parking right outside our unit."
