"This was our 14th stay at Wedmore. Normally we love to stay here, but this time it was disappointing. There was no internet and they seemed to be short on staff. The front desk was frequently vacant so we never found anyone to freshen up our towels or coffee supplies and we couldn’t get a menu for dinner from staff or online. "When we got there we were told that we couldn’t check in until 1pm, which was fine, We just went to the beach. Then I go back and I was told that it would be at 2 pm, so I then go back to the beach and return after 2pm and was told that because housekeeping was behind I could check in until 3 pm. I didn’t get into the room until after 3pm which was an entire day that I didn’t have access to the room but got charged for it. That’s unacceptable."
