"Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im John Yanceys. Wir waren zu jederzeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir nehmen housekeeping eher seltener in Anspruch, konnten aber zu jederzeit Handtücher austauschen und neuen Kaffee erhalten. Ebenso fanden wir den vorhandenen Besen und Fegeblech sehr nützlich für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Herzlichen Dank ans Team für die wunderschöne...

"We stayed prior to and post beach house rental and were thoroughly impressed. From booking to check in to an absolute wonderful suite. The attention to detail of customer service was spectacular. The complimentary drinks were a nice perk! The pool and laundry availability also wonderful. The staff were pleasant and awesome as well. And the fact that I could bring my senior pug dog was the icing on the cake. Great job! I will be coming back! "

"We enjoyed our recent stay! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Big balcony. Convenient free parking. Onsite restaurant was great. Decor, furniture and finishes were outdated if your into those kinds of things being modern. Balcony door in our room didn’t lock, so if you have small children that is not ideal (may have just been our room). Air conditioning was not cooling as much as we would have liked, but we are used to it being 68 at home and this one would cool to 74-72 with it...

"The lady at the front desk was sweet and amazing. I got there after 9 pm and she provided answers to all of my questions. She was great. The room was very clean, organized and provided everything I could have needed including coffee , tea, and ever make up wipes. They had shampoo and conditioner in the shower which I could not use due to it being citrus base and I’m allergic. However that’s great for people who forget or just an over night stay. "Great beach access for the money! Wright Bros. Monument is 2 blocks away but not walkable-- the highway can't be safely crossed on foot. Also, a car is necessary to get to restaurants and other places of interest, though they are near enough. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!"

"Overall, the hotel was very nice: clean, quiet, in very good condition, and room furniture/condition were great too. The room also had a regular size fridge, microwave, and a small stove top. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and AMC move-theater within walking distance – everything else is a short drive (e.g. a huge strip mall)."

"We Love the Seahorse Cottage!! This was our second visit to OBX and our second stay here. We had the same cottage as last year and it was great! It has everything you need and is very comfortable.
