"Clean room"

"The room was lovely. Very clean. I had a king studio with balcony. There was a keurig coffee maker with a few k cups provided. I loved the room. The breakfast was ok - I wouldn’t order the quiche again, but the lemon bread was great. The lobby had hot coffee and hot water, but no cold water to fill a refillable water bottle. Since I stayed at the end of June and it was hot, I was disappointed to fill my water bottle from the tap."

The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. "I highly recommend this very family friendly hotel. Staff was wonderful, the whole hotel was super clean to elevators, hallways, rooms, and outside and pool areas. The coolest thing was everynight of the week is family fun night. Friday was Karaoke, Saturday was Name That Tune for free appetizers and food and drinks. Sunday was board game night. Wednesday night is Bingo, etc. Loved it"
