"Someone entered our room in the middle of the night! They claimed to be housekeeping - it was midnight! We told staff when we checked out and they said a manager would call me. No one has called. I called on Tuesday to follow up and still haven’t heard from anyone. We were traveling with small kids who were super scared and had a hard time going back to sleep. "Bathroom was immaculately clean for a cabin. They do not provide blankets, sheets, and pillows so bring your own! The pool was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Staff are very helpful and super friendly. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. The cabin came with a TV which was nice. Will definitely be back next time I’m in that part of NC. "

"We loved the area, condo really needs some TLC inside and out. Bathrooms and slider especially. Kitchen could use some more silver wear, cookie sheet and a pizza pan. Pools and rec center were awesome. Activities are a plus!! All in all we had a great stay and would be back again! "
