"Front end Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was nice and modern, however housekeeping could have done better. It needed to be cleaned thoroughly...lots of hair on and inside of bedding, room needed vacuuming, dressers weren't wiped down. The continental breakfast was decent and just enough to prepare us for the day. The breakfast attendant kept everything stocked, very attentive! This location is also a plus...so close to the interstate, but still very quiet. There is a country club directly behind them and the area is very safe! Also two minutes away from Pooler outlets and restaurants...can't beat that!"

"I made the reservation and stated I must have a room with a pull-out couch on the first floor as I had a handicap person coming and could not sleep in a bed. They called me and told me they could not accommodate that as only second floor had that and there is no elevator in the hotel. I said I was sorry, but that was not going to work and to please cancel the reservation I placed 10 MINUTES before. They said they would cancel; however, I would not get my money back. Horrible service by the front desk manager. We ended up having tto carry our handicap guest up the stairs. Very unsafe."

"Our stay was great! Initially, we did request a room change because the first room smeled like a pet and was not cleaned well. Hotel is overall nice, clean and very comfortable bed! Staff was helpful and kind; breakfast as average hotel with decent variety. Housekeeping was wonderful too, would absolutely stay again"

"Room was clean. Only one elevator was working during our stay. Staff was mopping the floor during check-in which was an inconvenience. Breakfast was okay. No sugar free syrup available and the attendant could not speak any english. Nice app on big screen to choose places to dine and other attractions. Close to dining and shopping."

"Hotel and room were modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I did not use the pool but the pool area looked very nice. Having a bar in the hotel was a plus. The area surrounding the hotel was safe and included many shopping and dining options. I was able to walk to dinner and to the movie theatre. The only complaint would be that I could hear my neighbors too clearly, the hotel provided earplugs on the table next to the bed...but they stated it was for the nearby airport noise, I never heard a plane. "
