"Nice little hotel / motel. The ladies working in the office were very friendly & helpful. There are several places to get something to eat within a short walking distance. The room was clean & had everything we needed (including a refrigerator & microwave). Bed & pillows were comfortable. It was quiet & we had a good nights sleep. Plenty of easy parking. My wife & I stayed here after driving from Gatlinburg, after visiting the Smokey Mountains National Park."

"Situated right on a mountain creek, our room was directly by the water. A swing sat right out our back door, where we sat and listened to the sound of the creek as it flowed by. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The clerk who helped us was super nice. She gave us a lot of tips and showed us some tricks to keep from locking ourselves out of our room when going out to the creek. This motel is as good as any five-star hotel. I rate it a Fabulous Five Star."

"My best friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Haywood Park Hotel the first weekend in October. We were pleasantly surprised with everything from the moment we pulled up until the moment we checked out. The valet parking is surprisingly affordable and convenient. It was so nice to not have to worry about parking. Our room was spacious and beautiful. And, everything in downtown Asheville is walkable. We plan to go on this trip every year from here on out and will stay at the Haywood Park...
