"Was disappointed at first..picked this property because wanted a balcony and hot tub. Was expecting 4th floor king suite and got 2nd floor and looked out over the roof of the pool area. Then pool was closed for maintenance. The desk clerk was wonderful and gave me a partial refund which I was impressed..so cudos to her for wonderful customer service!"
