"The place has great energy, extremely conforming after a long flight. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. The draw back is for that amount charged they don’t even give drinking water each day!! Nor do they have disposable shaving kits when asked !! The pool is like a kid size.. the rooms don’t have bathtubs if you are looking to soak up after a hike."

"Very clean spacious rooms. View to the city busy streets. The staff was great we were able to use their bag storage service and it made everything so easy. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay."

"The hotel was amazing. However we had to give a deposit for the stay for 2 rooms we had. Its been almost 3 weeks since we left and they havent send my deposit back. I called the hotel and pretty much was given excuses as they dont do the refunds its another company they have to investigate literally the run around If you put a hold as a deposit it has to be return within 72 hours, a week at the most. If I dont call the hotel they keep your money? I dont know how they do business but its...

"La habitación muy limpia, el personal atento para que tuviéramos lo necesario. El hotel está en una zona tranquila. Caminando llegas a muchos lugares como tiendas, parques, restaurantes. El baño es muy amplio, sería buena idea poner un estante o algo para poner jabón y champo, tuve que poner todo en el suelo. La base de la cama era super ruidosa. EN General bien por el precio."

"We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed the hotel. Location is near perfect. Very safe area. Food, shopping, pharmacy, grocery etc all just steps away. A short walk to Kennedy Park. A beautiful walk to Barranco along the ocean ( 20 minutes ). If you can get a room on the 6th floor it’s a plus. Pool and gym on that floor. Staff was friendly and helpful and they spoke very good English. Maid service was excellent. Also a good coffee shop downstairs. Now for the real shining star, the breakfast...

"Very clean room. Staff were very kind and helpful. My card didn't work to get into my room a couple times. That was the only inconvenience having to walk back down to the lobby to get it re activated."
