"This property is a home away from home. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were spacious and homey. Our first room had a sofa and our second room had a full kitchen. Convenient location approximately a nine minute walk from the train station. Area felt safe with lots of shopping and dining options. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We felt welcomed from the time we entered the door. I highly recommend this property for its comfort and convenience."

"Disappointing stay unfortunately. Our tv was not working and when I informed staff, they stated maintenance would need to assess the tv but there was no one available to do this. No one ever came to the room. Then I mentioned it again the following morning and again, staff just apologised and said maintenance would need to assess tv but it was not fixed by the time we checked out that morning. I feel for the price I paid for the room, this was not good enough service. Probably would not stay...

"Postion in a nice quiet road, big room with two large double beds, spacious bathroom & nice shower. TV, kettle with tea, coffee & milk. There was a fridge, but it wasn’t working, it had a problem with the electrics, as the kettle wouldn’t work on that side of the room. Telephone in the room, but wasn’t plugged in. "Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible. Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations. "Free parking, lovely, extremely attentive staff, solid breakfast, although it could use some cheese and cold cuts as options. Nice common areas, close to restaurants. No pics for the standard rooms on Expedia, that are not quite as bright and spacious as the ones depicted. Room got a bit hot despite it being cooler out. Fortunately, there was a fan."
