"The staff is always anxious to help And. The location is excellent. We like the beds and we like the decor. Everything was clean and there’s plenty of parking away from the road for when we traveled by Motorcycle as well. It’s close to restaurants and Main Street and shopping and very easy to get to from the highway and easy access back to the highway when you’re going home."

"The Stockade Inn is beautiful! The location is great. I walked everywhere. Parking lot behind the Inn was nice. My room was large and lots of space, although no luggage rack, so I place my suitcase open-faced on the bed, so I didn't have to get on my hands and knees. There was plenty of closet space and lots of room for me to hang up my clothes. Large bathroom, although limited counter space for toothbrush, etc. No water came out when I tried to turn on the hot water faucet in my room that...

"Room was very clean and updated. Breakfast had good options and was kept well stocked and clean. Pool and hot tub were great and spotless."

"We have stayed here before with no problems. But this time the shower streamed water out the side of the sprocket getting the floor soaked. We got back there late at night, so we weren't going to call someone up when we had kids to get to sleep. Then my daughter got in her bed and there was candy and candy wrappers in the bed. So they didn't change the sheets from their prior guest. We won't be going back there again."

"Everyone on the staff was friendly, but when I first arrived, I was informed that the hot water stopped working the day before. Luckily they were able to remedy that situation. When we returned to the property at 7 pm, the front door was locked, there was no one at the front desk, and our key didn’t work. Someone did come by to let us in and informed us that the front door was broken. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat/ fan. Instructions would have been helpful. Also there...

"I got bit by bedbugs while staying there for the night. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment."

"The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel was clean. It had two outdoor sitting areas, plus lots of indoors seating. It had a pool and exercise room which I did not have time to use. The room was bigger than expected with a sitting area and desk, plenty of counterspace, etc. All was good."

"Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe."
