"Although the building is old the room was large and clean. From our room we could see English Bay. The location was good, many restaurants to choose from and the beach is almost 2 blocks away. A convenience store next door to pick up water or what have you. The only thing was we couldn’t park there because we had a large tahoe, they only had a few underground parking spots. "The property definitely needs renovation from the parking deck to to different rooms and floors and not just a wallpaper over up or repaint. The rooms look dated and the lighting gives motel 8 vibes. the bathrooms are probably the most clean and updated thing I had in my room. The balcony's covered in spiders and could use a pressure wash. the building could use a pressure wash and restore from the doors to the floors, to door knobs. it all looks dated and kinda dirty. the staff is amazing...

"We flew in hours before our check in time and they accommodated us with no problem at all. The suite was nice and well equipped. Hotel is walking distance to everything including the sunset beach and David Lam park. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a little more choices but it was good nonetheless. I highly recommend and will definitely book a room there again if I make another trip in Vancouver "

I was on the 3rd floor overlooking Granville Street however and the outside street noise up to 5 am was quite noticeable. Perhaps time to redo the windows and patio door?! Lovely time overall."
