Good for a budget motel

Safe and fairly clean place to stay for 50 to 60 dollar range, I would not stay there for more money. I would stay there again when I need a budget friendly motel

Suburban Studios was easy to get to right off the highway, which made it super convenient for travel. Because of the location, it was a bit loud at times, but nothing too extreme. The rooms were nicely updated and clean, which I appreciated. However, the outside grounds could use more attention—they looked a bit dirty and neglected. Despite that, it was a solid, budget-friendly option for the area, and I’d stay here again for a quick, affordable trip

Not bad for price

Bed was clean, pillows sucked, room was clean except for tub backing up. Had to clean it with a towel before it could be used. All in all not bad for price.

The outside property seemed dirty and run down but the room was lovely - great place for a clean and quiet family overnight.

Good and clean but few amenities

The place was very clean. The AC blew cold. The TV was too much of a hassle to even use. No conditioner in shower (bring your own). No breakfast in the breakfast area. Staff graciously let me have a late check out at noon (they will also sell later checkouts for small fee).

There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. It was very roomy and mattress was super comfortable.

Like many budget motels near highway exits, the facilities were very basic and the room was not in great condition. However, the bedding was relatively clean. Breakfast was not provided, and compared to similar motels, the price was a bit high.

Good place to stay

Check in was super easy. Upon arrival he already had everything ready for quick and easy transaction. Room was clean beds are comfortable. Hot plate in room and big fridge with freezer.

Good parking lot accommodations!

Reserved the booking in the app, we had a late arrival. We towed a medium size trailer; At check-in, the reception desk was very kind to help place us where we had no issues parking, unloading, and driving away in the morning. A great transit motel and friendly staff.

Comfortable stay

The room had nice furnishings, bed and pillows very comfy. Only complaints are: no coffee pot in room, minimal water pressure, barely warm water w/ no shower and rust stains in tub. It's not a perfect hotel but has made some very good updates. Have stayed here before and will again. Wish they would offer some type of breakfast.

This hotel was a nice surprise, I booked based mostly on price and reviews and was happy I did. Very comfy beds and room was clean and having a full sized frig and freezer was nice. Good AC too only negative was the area and we couldn't get the room dark enough. But for the price it was a winner.

I had a wonderful time. I was a little busy but the clean crew came everyday around 9. One checked on me and knocked on the door making sure I was OK. I appreciated the extra care. The night and morning staff were nice and had friendly. Parking was easy. The room came with a stove and almost full size fridge. I really loved the extra sink. I had a really good time. The place smells good inside and outside. Sheets and yowels were white and clean. I always need extra towels.

Greetings from South Carolina! Decided to visit Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, and booked my room here in Cleveland. The room had been recently renovated, and it was nice and quiet, just what I needed for my weekend getaway. I prepaid in advance, and so check in was fast and easy as well as check out, will definitely stay here again! Thanks to the owners, and Bethany for assisting me with my comfortable stay and I definitely would stay here again!!!

It was a cute place, I loved the laminate flooring. It was a bit aged and needing some fresh paint. It was peeling on the inside of the door and the tub had some rust in it. But it was clean…. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The price was great.

This is an excellent value but sometimes you get what you pay for. Its been renovated and felt pretty clean if you dont mind water marks on the ceiling. I was just passing through so i didn't mind that the property is aged.
