"This is an older hotel that has been updated and maintained well. I know, because I spent the night here in May 1976! My room was on the 6th floor, elevators are quick, the room was quiet with a king bed, desk, couch, and the usual mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable. Black out curtains. Good breakfast with plenty to select from. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is convenient to so many places like Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, downtown Cleveland, close to Akron, right off i71. Strongsville has a huge mall with all the stores you need, it's right up the road. Visiting friends or family or in the area for business, it's a clean, safe hotel to stay at! Recommend!"

"We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. We did not have to go out for dinner because there is an attached Mexican restaurant which was delicious. Everything was very clean and housekeeping staff were very attentive. They even have a patio at the pool to sit and relax. We have found our new home away from home :)"

"This hotel feels like it is slept on in downtown Cleveland and really is a great find! Right across the street from Rocket Arena, and a 5 minute walk to East 4th. The nearby dining options are great. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and lots of space to store items away in the room. The Keurig with a variety of pods to choose from was a nice touch. Shower is great for tall people - the shower head is mounted at about 7 feet and has a handheld, which is unheard of in hotel properties. Will absolutely stay again. "

"The hotel was nice, check in was very easy and staff were friendly. I did have an issue with the connecting room, as the guests were very inconsiderate and forgot they were not at home but rather a hotel where people had to work the next day. There was a STRONG odor of marijuana seeping under my door. Which cool, do you, but I needed to be up at 8 for work. Hotel staff moved my room and even brought me the new room keys to the 5th floor. I appreciated that because I expected to have to go get them. The elevator was a bit questionable lol as it had a sign that said if it got stuck and WOULD NOT MOVE push the button for the 5th floor and that would reset it. 😂😩 I rode the elevator many times and it never got stuck. I would definitely stay here again. NO BUGS I CHECKED ✅ "
