"The hotel was not very clean. The staff was very rude especially the pool attendant. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and very stale. The parking lot was littered with trash and the trash cans were overflowing. The elevator broke down twice and there was only one working elevator. The pool was filled with trash including hair and bobby pins. The back door was left open instead of using a keycard to gain entry making it very unsafe."

"This is a contemporary hotel in a historic building in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side due to the age of the building. The beds are very comfortable. In spite of its location on a busy street, the rooms are quiet."

"The hotel was ok. The price must've strictly been based on location (which wasn't that great). Parking was absolutely horrible. My room still had the used washcloths from the previous guest. The room was mediocre at best. It's 2026...how do you not have a sofa, usb connections, and airport shuttle service for your guest. For close to $1K for 3 nights, Hilton left a lot to be desired."

"I arrived at 3:30pm yesterday and they informed me that the room is not ready and told to come back at night when they have an available room, then I arrived at 11:30pm, they told me that sorry the hotel is over booked and there’s no room for me, I stayed 3 hours with my family, kids on the street to find another hotel to just sleep, They ruined my stay, it was terrible staff, terrible management, and they don’t care about us and even didn’t make any effort to find another room in another hotel, I don’t recommend this hotel at all."
