"I've stayed here several times and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and the internet works. Parking is in the supermarket car park and there isn't a breakfast option in the hotel but there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby."

"This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"Rooms 3 and 4 at the front of the building are extremely loud - lorries passing all through the night. Bathrooms in need of maintenance with smelly drains, poor shower and broken plug. Food and staff excellent though so if you're not bothered by road noise worth a stay."

Best breakfast we probably ever had, so much variety. We also had dinner which was outstanding. Spa and club facilities were great too. Will definitely be returning"

"The location was nice. We had a sea view room. The problem is that the room also faced the road and we could hear cars all night. And, the mattress was the worst I have ever come across in a hotel. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bathroom had heated floors however, which was very nice. "

"What a perfect place to stay. I was visiting my son in Bristol as he’s in uni and wanted a little place to stay just outside of the city and this was just perfect. Gorgeous surroundings and the room its self was so lovely and clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Loved the breakfast that was left and impressed they offered gluten free options ….i did take the pastries back for my husband to eat as didn’t want them to go to waste lol….i would definitely use this again...
