"The staff was very nice and cordial. The shower head was leaking and replaced immediately upon notification to the front desk. The breakfast attendant/cook was on top of the cleanliness and orderliness of the eating area. She made sure to promptly refill any items running low. Housekeeping was very thorough and the room immaculate. Can’t say enough good things about this property "

"I am very unsatisfied with my whole experience with this super 8 location. I booked a last minute trip to highpoint for a family reunion. I tried numerous times to call and request an early check in. Much to my surprise I couldn't get an answer I spoke to a reservation specialist for super 8 and she also tried she was also unsuccessful. She said she would send an email asking for someone to get in touch with me. No one ever called me. On the morning of my travel I was alerted that my flight was cancelled. I tried again to call again to let the hotel know my arrival would be 12 hours late due to the flight being canceled, again no answer. I called Expedia and they were unable to get in touch with anyone at this location as well. I was very nervous arriving late at night without ever communicating with a live person. I was concerned if this hotel was even open. When I arrived I expressed my concern to the front desk person. He told me he didn't understand why I needed the phone to work. Upon entering the room I turned on the lights and was immediately disgusted by the carpet that had a huge stain on it and was very dirty. My white socks got stained as I walked on this carpet. The next day I let the front desk know that there was a loud noise coming from the heating system. He said he would be up in 5 minutes to check it out. Over 2 hours later he did come up and never entered the room to check the noise. He offered to move us to another room.black mold jacuzzi didn't work "
