"This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. "

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. We were staying for 2 nights only. The first night was unbearable. Kids woke up in the middle of the night as the upstairs rooms were very very hot. So...

"The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. "We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Renee our host was very helpful and friendly. We had a meal and breakfast which were both excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable and the decor was a lovely change from our usual contemporary. If we get back to Melb for a Yarra Valley visit, Victoria House will be our go to."
