"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. "First of all- Expedia really dropped the ball! They properly DID NOT advise of all the “hidden fees” pertaining to this hotel. Shame on them! What was meant to be a fun and relaxing trip, quickly turned stressful and chaotic. The staff could care less, and not helpful at all. The restaurants were disgusting. Housekeeping took forever to turn the room, good luck getting your towels replaced. No microwave. Sink gets stopped up, toilet was difficult to flush. Ugh.. I could go on!"
