"I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

"My 1st choice for staying in ocean city and has been for many years. Everyone is always so friendly. It's always clean and well maintained. The birds are so fun to watch and visit with. Not on the boardwalk but definitely close to shops and food that you don't even need the boardwalk. You have a bar for great tasting drinks. We had a family of 5 and the room was perfect for us with 2 queens a pull-out sofa and KITCHEN!! Big plus they provide silverware & plates (set for 4) and pots and pans...

"I stayed here over MDW with my girlfriend and dog and had an amazing experience. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and this hotel is located on a great part of the boardwalk. This hotel is PERFECT for traveling with a dog. They offered a list of dog friendly restaurants in the area, treats, and had grass and a bathroom area right in the back. I cannot wait to visit Ocean City again and when I do I will be staying here. "The staff were very nice and friendly. But the floor in the room was not vacuumed so I was walking om beach sand. I was not told that the maid service had to be requested so I had to call for the floor be cleaned and for fresh towels. My suggestion is that the desk staff informed your guest that they need to ask for the maid service."
