The staff was hard to reach and extremely rude about how last minute our reservation was. If you can’t accommodate a last minute reservation, don’t accept them. "This rental is a lovely little house. It's very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There is a great cafe/restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. We will probably stay again when visiting family. One pointbof caution: the stairs may be too much for someone with joint problems or other mobility issues. "
