"Great customer service! We stayed for a festival in Louisville. I went in and checked in early check-in, they confirmed the type of room I had booked and said nothing was available (completely understandable it was 9am) came back around 12:30am to check in to find out even after confirming room type they gave that room to someone else. The staff in the lobby was so helpful and booked us another room at no charge on top of just a double bed room. Would stay again! "

"One of the best Hilton hotel stays I’ve had. Great location and modern, clean rooms. Staff were so friendly and always available. Unfortunately, we never had housekeeping cause they would try to come to the room so early and then wouldn’t make their rounds back. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was great! We were going to an event at the festival grounds and wanted somewhere within walking distance. Honestly? I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. The staff were so nice and the room was recently renovated. It was very clean and comfortable as well. The only downside was the noise from the airport and interstate nearby. But that was expected for the location. Overall, it was a great stay. "
