"After traveling for 6 hours, I arrive at the property to find it not as described and definitely in a questionable part of town. There were parts of the floor duct taped, there was a terrible moldy smell, there was no off-street parking as described, and to top it off- they forgot to notify me that my reservation was supposed to be canceled due to the property management company unable to reach the owner for unpaid utility bills.
