"Apparently, they don't know what handi-capable is. I couldn't get in the tub to take a shower. I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to pull myself up off of the toilet. The pictures of full breakfast are a fraud. All the had in the office was coffee, pop tarts, a toaster but no bread, oatmeal with no hot water, no fruit or dairy. The only thing good was the mattress, it was comfortable."

"Loved the room the breakfast was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. The staff were exceptional very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay again."

"I will never forget how the lady at the front desk, in the middle of the night, went out of her way to help my child. He made a mess, in his bed and she was beyond helpful! The housekeeping staff was also incredibly helpful and the kitchen staff always had fresh, warm food in the morning."
