Hi, thankyou your for your review, the car park is adjacent from the hotel and is infasct a public car park, so therefore doesn't belong to us, and is a risk you take when parking, we just allow guests to use this carpark but they are aware of payment via the pay and display machine.Thanks again

Sorry to hear you had a problem with your car, the Car park doesn't belong to us that's correct so We do not provide private parking, however, its a Pay and Display car park overlooking our back entrance and we do advise customers to use it as at their own choice the cost for overnight is 12.00 for 24 hours. we hope to welcome you again soon,

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. this time of the season the stairs can be used more often so the housekeeping team have been trying there best to keep on top of this, as well as the rest of the hotel to keep in top form, and yes we are also in process of getting the repairs made due to customers had smashed the doors very intoxicated one evening. also due to being situated directly on the seafront the level of noise being a seaside town we can't control we do advise if you prefer a quieter stay let our team know and we shall accommodate you.We hope to welcome you again soon,

"I just tried to check out and there was nobody in reception. Music was blaring until nearly midnight. Toilet seat was broken. Shower didn’t work properly. Check in was painful because you couldn’t find my booking. Terrible" Kandeel,Thank you for your feedback. Guest experience is paramount for us and we want all our customers to feel welcome and at home. Unfortunately, sometimes, things can go wrong, but we are always ready and happy to help. Let's go in order.You have complained about toilet seat being broken and faulty shower, but still you haven't reported the issues to any member of the staff, which would have been more than happy to upgrade you to a better room. However, after inspection carried out by our housekeeping manager we have found no faults in the bathroom.We are sorry that your check-in took longer than usual. This was due to a delay on the system, that didn't show your booking immediately. Nevertheless, despite of this minor inconvenience, our Reception staff managed to check you in with no issues.Please, be informed that music was off at 9.30pm.As you understand, we are a busy hotel, and sometimes our reception Staff has to temporarily leave the lobby unattended. For this reason, we have installed a Ring doorbell at the front desk, should our guests require attention.
