"Avevamo prenotato due soggiorni consecutivi in questa struttura per rimanere vicini all'ospedale dove mio marito era ricoverato. Quando abbiamo provato a cancellare la seconda notte (non rimborsabile) perché si prospettava una dimissione anticipata, ci è stato detto che non era possibile disdire. La mattina dopo, con la situazione ancora incerta, abbiamo confermato che avremmo utilizzato la camera già pagata. Nonostante questo, alla reception ci è stato comunicato che la camera era stata...

"The location and staff get five stars from us. The staff were very responsive and very nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed with the room. The construction of the building does not allow for good sound isolation. You hear above and beside you. Could use better furniture to sit on. The bathroom needs a complete refresh (at least the room were in). The soap and shampoo do offer any suds when applied."

9.2 daripada 10, Hebat, (138 ulasan)
"Bad experience. The hotel has rooms in different locations and just a few people managing the whole thing, communicating via What's App. There is no reception or staff on site at Bocca di Leone. The staff messaged me 4 days before our stay to ask me to pay via What's App, threatening cancellation if payment wasn't made quickly. Why not charge the credit card on file with Expedia like every other hotel, or wait for check-in? We were also asked to send copies of our passports via WhatsApp, which...

"LOCATION! Hotel room was small, but very clean and had everything we needed. It was updated and comfortable. The hotel can be a bit tricky to locate. Apparently I had received an email of instructions for checking in but I did not have service at the time and at this time we had been traveling for over 12 hours. We were trying to figure it out and called from the intercom and got one of the rudest staff people that I have encountered so far. He literally said check your email, I told you how to...
