"The place is very cozy, our room was big, the bathroom perfect, perfect location right in the piazza il campo. With a lot of restaurants, points of interest. I really recommend the Palazzo del papa. We had a common area with the other rooms and we get courtesy water, coffee, tea and some snacks. Hamza is the person in charge I can’t describe how awesome he was, very polite, worried about how we were doing, he gave us a lot of information about the city, places to eat, he recommended Antica Fattoria Papei very close to the hotel, the best food and wine and the service very good! Totally recommend Palazzo del Papa and thank you again Hamza for your kindness "
