Civic District Hotels with free Internet

This is like taking a ride back through the century, put on a white hat and sit on the porch with a gin and tonic like the upper classes of the beginning of the century. Hard to beat

Rooms are clean and smell nice. You can control the air conditioning. Some places they fix the temperature.

A bit old but can acceptable

Great hotel and was able to enjoy all the amenities

Good connectivity and shopping, dining choices

Lovely

The rooms are clean and the location of the stay is quite nice just a 30mins walk to MBS. Overall good.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Especially the guys at the arrival area.

staff service is excellent, he can remember your choice of coffee everyday.

Room is a bit small but everything else is perfect

Overall the hotel and the staff were pleasant. The artistic nature of the hotel added that extra touch to making our stay a delightful one. Loved everything, only wished they had softer pillows and more hand towels. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making mobility easy. However I must warn you, the 7-eleven near the hotel has the worst staff ever who are very rude and impolite.

I was a regular guest when hotel was called Peninsula Excelsior. I like to regularly stay her then. It’s even better now. Will continue to stay here whenever in Singapore.

Great location and near MRT.

Clean rooms, friendly staffs, short walk to convenience shop, great cafe and restaurants around too
