"We checked in and one of the beds was not clean. We had to request new sheets and pillowcases because there was hair all over the pillow and bed. The other bed was clean. They comped our parking for the inconvience of the dirty bed. I went to check out and it hadn’t been taken off. There was no note left about it but I had the text message to prove it. The front desk wouldn’t remove the charges until I told her I wasn’t leaving without it being taken off. It wasn’t the greatest experience but...

"Would have enjoyed a pool. But the rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was very good."

"Shower is a glass door that only opens from one side. For shorter people this could be a hassle. Twice the shower head fell off and opening the door sprayed water everywhere."

"My husband recently stayed here. He had a coughing fit due to something with the pillow, and needed to go down to the front desk to ask for a change, he did not get the warmest reception for this request. Also, he said there was a lot of road noise, due partly to the fact that the window did not close all the way. He tried to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable. Overall though he was happy with the location. Booking through Expedia saved us a ton a money- the rate here was...

"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."

"There were several issues with this property. First, the closet had a strong musty odor that caused my clothes to absorb the smell. Second, although the pool was advertised as being open, it was not open during the posted operating hours. Finally, there was a general unpleasant odor throughout the hallways. I would not recommend staying there"

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."

"The staff were professional but not particularly engaging or willing to go the out of their way. The hotel was spotless but could use some refreshing. What aggravated me was the parking now has a mercenary upcharge. I have stayed at the property multiple times and it has a HUGE outdoor parking lot and now they are charging for it (as of march 2026). No parking attendants, or security, just a big lot outside the hotel that can more than service the patrons. NO reason to charge."
