"The hotel room needed some maintenance and care. The sink faucet was completely loose, exposing the faucet cutout on the sink by a half-inch, so I had to be careful not to let water hit there and fall to the carpet below (which already had a big stain). The drain was also extremely slow, which was manageable for a one person stay, but would have been unusable with multiple people using the sink. The shower floor was slightly sloped and bumpy underneath, which would be difficult for someone with balance issues. It usually took many times (up to 8 swipes) for the key card door reader to work. After replacing the key cards twice, I realized that it was the likely just the door reader that was old. Finally housekeeping forgot to vacuum a section in the middle of the floor that had a big smooshed cracker or something on it. But the breakfast was great!"

"There was not a single drinking class in the cupboards. No coffee maker. No coffee mugs. There was a large crack in the tub. The AC unit was loud as hell and woke me up every 20 minutes. I had the worst night of sleep I have had in years. The 'free' breakfast was oatmeal packets and granola bars. This property was a disappointment from start to finish. "

"I booked a Newly Renovated King bed with walk in shower did not get that. I got queen bed and tub shower with the tub…absolutely not renovated in any way. The sink plug fell off and green rust in the spouts of both sink and shower. I took pictures. I was extremely disappointed. It looked more like a cheap motel room. I have been to this hotel before and did not have that experience of what so ever. I was also charged for the parking fee that was already included in my fee initially. I was so disappointed and I did speak to the front desk gentleman who let me know they don’t have any king rooms or walk in showers. I didn’t want to make a big deal but, noise all night and someone in the hallways with all their stuff. I wasn’t impressed all. I took many pictures of the rust and all the amenities falling apart. I didn’t even want to shower in the room. I try to get away once in a while with hubby. Out stay away from the kiddos. "
