everything went very well. room are clean, and housekeeping was wonderful. breakfast was also great. the staff made us feel welcome. Had a small hiccup when we first arrived. But Eder and the other hotel managers was able to resolve the problem without any further issues.

This hotel has so many policies that are not listed in Expedia. The reception crew is rude and does not help to problem solve. No visitors allowed. I had friends and family that could not come visit because there was a 2 person limit in the room. We were only given one key to the room. We were constantly ...
