PÉSIMO TRATO Y SERVICIO por parte del personal, te aplican reglamentos internos sorpresivos que solo ellos conocen y no tienen por escrito para mostrártelos ni mucho menos los tienen públicos en las instalaciones; o la hora de reservar y poder valorar y comparar con otras opciones a reservar. Pase una estancia muy desagradable en este Hotel, el personal en vez de resolver una situación o darte ayuda para la solución del problema te hacen ver que no les importa si cancelas y te cambias de Hotel. Los directivos necesitan poner más atención del como los empleados tratan a los huéspedes para que la estadía sea placentera.

Es un buen hotel lo único malo que tiene es la dueña es muy preponderante antes te dejaban meter bebidas a la area de la alberca ahora no por k la señora se enoja y te tienes k poner traje de baño afueras para meterte a la alberca y si te visitan tienes que pagar por tus visitas 200 adultos y 125 niños eso nada mas para usar la alberca de ahi en mas todos son muy amables yo en lo personal no vuelvo al hotel

I start staying at this hotel couple years ago now and it is getting better and better they just renovated the hotel rooms are pretty decent for what you pay I feel always safe when I stay there and the location is amazing pretty close to everything and another thing that this hotel has is the breakfast that is included in the price and is is really good it's a real hot breakfast not your classic coffee and a bagel like in the states this is my place to go every time that I go down to Juarez and still will be

El registro fue muy rápido y la persona que atiende fue muy amable. Me gusto en general las instalaciones. La comida del restaurante estuvo bien, casi no tardaron. Lo malo, tienen un estacionamiento muy chico.

Amazing!

Food was Amazing!! Fresh sweet bread served each morning. Real breakfast not cereal and dried toast. Rooms, super clean and spacious! Staff from kitchen to housekeeping, very kind and attentive to our needs. Loved the fact there was 24 hour security, one way in and out. Only thing is no microwave or fridge.

We brought our toy poodle. There was no mention of a deposit for pets, but in the morning when my husband checked out, they wouldn’t give him the $200 peso deposit for the TV remote control back because we had a dog there. If they require a pet deposit or if they don’t allow pets, they should post a sign or something. Also, the bed was not comfortable at all.
