The hotel stinks like piss and when I was ready to take a shower I couldn’t control the water it was to extremely hot or extremely cold I will never stay in this hotel any more

The place is in good condition. We appreciate the service, the staff and the establishment. Only thing the lobby area/dining is a bit small because there is a secondary place to eat only thing that is usable in the summer such as the pool.

It seemed weird having to leave a deposit for a remote control, we asked and paid for one bedroom but the bed was full-sized, and I'm a big boy so my wife and I could barely fit. The AC made a lot of noise and the room was big enough to have a bigger bed but other than that the bellboy was super nice, the cleaning ladies were always extremely nice, and the front desk could work on a smile from time to time.

Booked this hotel for my parents, they both enjoyed their stay. Very close to the U.S consult, the hotel also provided transportation to any appointments my mom had, would recommend.

The location is as close to perfect as it can get if you have business to do with the consulate, with transportation to all your appointments and assistance with any problems you have, the employees are friendly

Food was not good at all, when they cleaned my room they left trash like napkins didn’t even mop the bathroom or replace the dirty towels but threw away my retainers and did nothing about it when I mentioned it to the staff they kept telling me o I forgot to let the manager know and now I have to pay $200 dollars to replace them. cheap AF they couldn’t even let me borrow a pen, when I asked for it they said they limit the staff supplies. Not recommended at all

The place nice. It has basic necessities but one thing I did not like was the bad service on WiFi in the hotel. Every single person in the building was connected on to one single service and produced that the Internet be to slow will watching a movie o even checking social media. The TV service had problems on some channels and not many content to look. It is very close to the embassy or the clinics. Any place of tat you need to go over for your visit bto the embassy processes is near. It is with in walking distance on 5 minutes.

Only think I like about this place was that was near US Embassy, place is in a very bad shape. Room carpet very bad; bathroom floor, whole walking shower was very bad looking, drain kept plugging.
