The property was very attractive and was able to accommodate my group, which varied from three rooms for part of the stay to seven rooms for two nights. I really appreciated the free breakfast, too. My only suggestion would be to place a hair dryer in the room where I stayed, if possible. I think most travelers expect a hair dryer at Hampton Inns.

The toilet wasn’t working the shower didn’t work properly I tried to fix myself. All these thing just didn’t happen they been that way for a while

Best in town.

This is an excellent option when needing to go through Ciudad Del Carmen. I like the convenience in location and nearby restaurants and amenities.

I have stayed there 4/5 times and the staff are really good. Hotel rooms also. Usual complaint that nearly all of the tv channels are in Spanish. There have a very flexible approach to breakfast which shud be good but the quality of the food is poor. Its only a small thing but they serve the scrambled eggs at 05,55 in a hugh plate and they are almost inedible by 0630. They should learn to bring out more smaller servings.

A little better than expected

The hotel was just right, except for the air conditioning being set SO low! The staff were all competent and professional, the room was clean, and the pool and exercise room looked great. (We didn't go this time, too busy!) I would happily stay there again.

New Hotel

This hotel is brand new, nice rooms, nice staff, ok location, about 5 minute drive from the airport. There is no restaurant however they do serve some "fast" food and there is a chillis by the parking lot entrance. There is however a problem I came across with, the water from the next door shower flooded the hallway in my room.

Far from what I expected

Yes, this hotel is new which is always a great thing but not this time with some many flaws: - Since the very beginning I was mad with the front desk staff, to any eye they lack training. They are deficient and rude. - Even that the room is new, the design is very bad: the water gets out the bath flooding everything, there is a noise in the bathroom from the from the central ventilation which cannot be quiet. - The location is far from any interesting point in the city: airport, shopping malls, downtown... The only that I liked was the breakfast but this is a regular commodity of any Hampton Inn.

A hotel with a view.

It's probably the highest building for a miles around so the view from a higher floors is rather amusing. They have a self-service laundry facilities on site and sell US quaters as a tokens for them (for like 0.75 cents or something - bring your own quaters to save :) ). Room was clean and comfortable with a huge window overlooking the town. The pool was there as well but the water was not as transparent as I would like it to be. Breakfast is great and options include everything you can think of.
