"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

Didn’t use pool but looked nice. Overall very good stay and would book again. Had no issues with noise as some others have stated but we were on level 20. Stayed on 19th Jan 2026."
