"I have honestly never seen a property this disgusting and unsafe in my life. The moment you walk in, the filthy smell hits you so hard it feels like you’re sleeping on the streets of downtown. The entire place felt dirty, neglected, and completely unhygienic. Broken lamps, stains everywhere, and an overall unsafe atmosphere made it impossible to feel comfortable for even a second. I genuinely could not believe they charge money for a place like this. Save yourself the stress and never book this...

"Two of our four rooms (904 and 906) were freezing, and the heat did not work. Maintenance had to bring up a heater and didn't seem surprised about the complaint. The rooms are non-smoking, but smells like smoke. Check in process was very slow. "

"Pluses: Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. Absolutely best hot water I’ve ever had in the room sink and shower !! Lacking or not so great: Room needs a microwave. Lobby and breakfast area layout is cramped and awkward. Very eighties design, feels dark. Lighting throughout including rooms is terrible. Really no excuse, could swap out with some warm LED, make it look totally different. Good stay at the price, would go back."

"We arrived late in the evening after a long drive. We were greeted by a wonderful young lady I believe her name was Davina. She was so kind , accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable! The property was perfect, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and again. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked so nice and inviting we had wished we could have taken a dip!"

"There was a 20 dollar fee for parking, which in this area was ridiculous!! Then, we were not told there was a fee for breakfast and for 2 of us, AFTER EATING, we got a 60 DOLLAR BILL!!! FOR BREAKFAST!! The room was clean, that was the only plus. "

"This is one of our favorite places to stay because it is always clean, convenient, with friendly staff. We did arrive late at night, and quickly unpacked to get ready for bed. Then we noticed there were bugs in the kitchen, climbing around the sink and up the walls. We let the front desk know, and were quickly moved to another room. I would have thought we would have received some kind of compensation for the gross incident, but that was it. We didn't have any problem with the rest of our stay....
