"The staff were incredible. We arrived very early with very heavy bags, and the staff managed to check us in so we could dump bags and enjoy more of the day. Rooms were really nice, great decor, Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly. "

"Clean room with basic but good facilities. Didn’t read the note about having to pay extra for pool access so this was a surprise. Room was far too hot and due to street noise it was impossible to sleep well. Bed was comfortable though "
