Spacious, elegant rooms, and very comfortable bedding, good wifi with lots of places to charge your devices, Lovely common areas, well used by people enjoying the bar and daily ‘cosy’ hour, the excellent buffet breakfast, the help of the friendly and clued up lobby staff. And a generally enjoyable buzz. Recommend highly."

"CitizenM was the perfect place for our stay. The hotel features smart room technology, meaning all the room functions, lights, temperature, and TV, are controlled through an app on the iPad provided in the room. The room itself is compact, but cleverly designed to make the most of the space. We had a great view of the city and there was still plenty of room for two people to share comfortably. The bathroom is a pod-style design, which helps maximise the room space. There is a room which is dedicated to ironing (mega helpful to know) and this is shared by the floor. The reception area is also an open-plan bar and breakfast area, with lots of spaces to relax throughout the day. There are plenty of workspaces, as well as games and books to keep you entertained. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and overall it was a fantastic hotel experience. Definitely one I’ll book again when I visit Copenhagen."

"We stayed here twice. First time everything was good. Second time the lift was broken and so was the toilet in our room. They moved us to another room without any bother. Overall we really liked this hotel despite no tea/coffee available in the room. Nice underfloor hearing was welcome and beds very comfortable. "
