Andrew made sure from the beginning we were looked after, he helped with organizing tours and wine tasting for us nearby where we had a lovely time discovering muscadet as well as thoughtfully recommending local restaurants. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. "The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided. The whole place looked tired...

"The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was cordial, pleasant, helpful and their work was superb. The location was very good. Walking to and from the train station was easy. The surrounding neighborhoods were safe and nice to walk in. Close by restaurants were nice to eat and relax in."

"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, great for transport and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and great amenities. 24 hour access to The Club, with soft drinks and snacks, plus the apreo was lovely and a thoughtful touch. Only one complaint, lighting in bathroom not adequate for either shaving or applying make-up. However wouldn't hesitate to return. We'll done team Okko Nantes!"
