Palmi

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...

"Warmly welcomed by the lovely Lucia & her husband, her place is perfectly positioned in the central part of Oppido making it very walkable to all the interesting points in the awesome cultural town, the locals are all so hospitable, it was an extreme pleasure to visit my mum‘s hometown. Lucia’s home is lager than expected, 3 double bedrooms & 2 bath rooms, 6 to 10 people could easily stay here, full kitchen & nice courtyard, nothing more needed in this home."

Solmaris Tropea - Rooms & Suites

10/10 Excellent
"Elizabeta checked us in and was super friendly and helpful with her restaurants suggestions and overall guidance. Every staff member was very welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet, super clean and had a balcony with a little drying table. The hotel has an elevator/lift and parking on the premises on a first come first serve basis. It’s a 5 minute walk from the center of the city but far enough to be a quiet restful place. I would go back in a second."

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Cittanova, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What can I see and do in Cittanova?

Explore the area and family-friendly sights such as Hermitage of Monte Stella, or get out into nature at a spot like Aspromonte National Park. Tonnara Beach and Spiaggia di Gioiosa are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.
