"We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed. We will be rebooking this again next year!"

"My girlfriend and I stayed in the hotel for a week in January 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel has great amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, restaurant, bar, indoor/outdoor parking, ski room) and fantastic staff! The hotel is conveniently located in Val Gardena with easy access by car, shuttle and bus to local ski slopes! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is superb! Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Portillo Dolomites...

"A lovely hotel in the centre of Campetilo. Friendly staff and the place was spotless. Nice cafe/bar as part of the hotel. All reoms have a balcony. Parking as well. "

"We stayed at this hotel, at 11pm the power went out. We went to ask a staff and there was no one at the front desk. We had to sleep without AC or lights. We had to check out early at 7am and there was no staff at that time either. Hotel is beautiful but power issues are not a good experience for the price you pay."
