Her courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism stood out not only amongst the rest of the staff at this hotel, but in the hospitality industry in general. You just don't come across people as warm, friendly and eager to assist as she was, often. I'm not sure what her title was, but if she's not the General Manager, she certainly should be. The rest of the staff was rude and clearly did not want to be there helping people. It was shame because...
