Terrible. I booked this accommodation for 5 nights but when I arrived I could not access it. The owner never send me any details even after I asked for it. When I contacted them after I arrived they denied to know anything about the booking even though I sent them all the details I had from Hotels.com.
They were not helpful and started ignoring my messages very quickly. So I had to find other sleeping accommodations at the last minute which was not easy and much more expensive. So I never stayed in this apartment because I had no access to it. I contacted Hotels.com about this in the hope they will sort it out but at the time of writing this they have not and I have not received a refund either.
Naturally I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I would not want anyone to go thru the same experience. Beware!
