"Great hotel and food was excellent"

"Very dog friendly stay, dog allowed everywhere. Excellent crockery pitch across the small bridge for dog exercise and poo bin by entrance to hotel. Breakfast was great, though no cereal which was odd. Rooms well equipped, kettle and nespresso coffee maker, plus both still and sparkling water with fresh milk in the pantry (where there are also top ups of tea, coffee and water plus ice). Second time here and we'll be back again"

"The best part of our stay was the food in the restaurant. It was exceptional. The worst part was the 38 steps up to our top floor room and the quarter mile walk to the car park. The bed was comfortable, the Nespresso coffee maker was nice and the shower was just OK, having only a rain head and no wand. The bar is great for what’s on the bar menu but lame for US cocktails. For instance, the bartender didn’t know what either a manhattan or Rob Roy was."

"Limpieza bien, pero pagamos 3 habitaciones al mismo precio y nos dieron diferentes. 2 iguales con una vista buena, como se había pedido y la tercera más pequeña sin vista. Pedimos cambio y se molestaron las 2 señoras de recepción, no fueron tan amables, les rescató la puntuación el Sr. Mayor del restaurante, súper amable en el desayuno, nos trataba increíble, el desayuno rico y la cena deliciosa. Y los de recepción no nos explicaron bien los horarios de la comida y cena, pensábamos q a partir...

"Lovely hotel but very little to do. With all guests spending time at the spa there was no beds by the pool. Food was delicious but overall the experience was too expensive compared to its value."
