"Good size luxe bedroom and separate shower and toilet.Easy access and outside roof area for relaxing.Very comfortable bed. Bedside light switches faulty or hard to use.Complete lack of hooks for coats anywhere. No Drawers which would be helpful in bedside tables or back of door etc. Staff and cleaners very good and friendly. It would be most helpful if a 5 minute loading outside suitcases was there as cars permanently parked in a very busy road. Overall an excellent hotel of high standard"

"We loved our stay at the Grand Magic Hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly overall. However, the biggest downside was the hotel shuttle service. The shuttles were far too crowded, and the frequency of service needs to be improved. Unfortunately, we also had a very upsetting experience with one of the shuttle drivers, who was extremely unfriendly and handled a situation involving my teenage niece in a completely inappropriate way. She was visiting from South America and does not speak the local language. The driver repeatedly yelled at her, demanding to know where she was staying. She froze, understandably frightened and confused, and was unable to respond. Instead of showing patience or trying to help her, he physically pulled her off the bus. I even heard other passengers speaking up and telling him that she was just a child. The bus was crowded, and I initially couldn’t see what was happening. When I realized it was my niece, I immediately approached the driver, showed him our room key to confirm that we were hotel guests, and was able to get her back on the bus. While we enjoyed the hotel itself, this experience left us very disappointed. I sincerely hope management addresses both the overcrowded shuttle service and the behavior of this driver to ensure that other guests, especially families with children, are treated appropriately."

"This was a great hotel to stay at for our trip to Disneyland! The room was super clean and comfortable, I had the best sleeps in the cosy bed! The room had everything we needed and more, and we loved the swimming pool. A bonus that we could get the free shuttle to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Staff were great, we arrived earlier then the check in time and was able to leave our bags with reception. when we returned later to check in they had already moved our bags to our room which was a lovely touch. all staff were incredibly helpful and really made the experience unforgettable. would stay again in a heartbeat. taxi ride to disney was less then 10 minuets and the hotel is only a 5 minuet walk from a massive shopping centre and train station. only thing to note is you do have to empty your own bins and take the bin bags to the bin area in the basement but that is minor and would happily do it again to stay here 10/10"
