We went there for a baseball tournament and 3 out of 4 of our families had injuries from slipping at the pool. The tile is supper slick and it is very dangerous! Also, we went to breakfast at 9:30, it was supposed to go until 10 but there was no food left. We asked 2 different staff and were told they would bring more out but they never did. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it to others.

It was very nice. We had 2 suites reserved and they were both spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Near Walmart and several restaurants, but no noise!

Room and common areas were very clean and fairly new. We’d reserved a king bed ahead of time (online siad 7 rooms left) but when we arrived they told us it was no longer available. Not sure why this practice is acceptable as we’d paid ahead of time but a reservation is a reservation and should be honored.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your room type was changed. I know that we aren't able to change the room types reserved through our partners, and I know it's not their practice either. I will look into this and try to determine where the glitch is, and try to rectify. Even after you check into the hotel, we still can modify the reservation.

The customer service was terrible, the breakfast was gross. They did not give us the room we booked. Instead of a king we ended up with two doubles. And the room was dirty… The floor had not been vacuumed in sometime. Very disappointing.
